The price? about 5-6 dollars.
Quality? This eyeliner dries up like a gel eyeliner but it is applied as a thick liquid. The tip is very hard to use but I got used to it and I have no problem drawing it now. This is so far the best eyeliner for my eyes. It never smudges and really wears flawlessly forever until I erase it with the makeup remover.
